Inside Sales Building Materials Automation Personnel Services is looking for an  Inside Sales person  for a company based in Tampa, FL.In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing distribution company of lumber and building products.  Pay Rate $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work one Saturday per month.  Counter Salesperson  Duties and Responsibilities Greet customers and generate sales leads through phone calls and in-person interactions. Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. Prepare quotes and manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction. Create and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Enter orders with attention to account details, pricing, discounts, and freight charges. Counter Salesperson  Qualifications  and  Requirements 2+ years of experience in face-to-face sales or counter sales. Prior experience in the lumber industry Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers; familiarity with MS Office is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
