What You’ll Do: Provide accurate estimates and convert them into active jobs Build and maintain strong customer relationships Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments Manage job progress and ensure client satisfaction

Compensation: Annual salary range of $40,000 – $45,000 , based on experience and qualifications. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly Responsibilities: Learn our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software, CoreBridge, and be able to create estimates and orders Reach agreed-upon sales targets Answers phone calls within 2 rings, identifies clients’ needs, and provides solutions to assist with questions and/or order needs Respond to web requests Places phone calls and/or emails to follow up on estimates Contact between our production and clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and that jobs are completed in a timely manner Market products, solutions, and services to previous and current clients Assists in creating informative social media messages, managing posts, updates, and engagement on relevant sites Qualifications: Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred Sign or construction estimating experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must Knowledge of the print/sign industry is desired At least 2 years of business-to-business sales and/or client relationship building experience desired Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently as well as with the group A team member who will bring input to help grow the business About Company Here is what you will gain as a member of the Image360 Tucker Team: Professional Industry Development Your Own Office (not a cubicle) Branded Company Attire Provided 10 Paid Holidays and Time Off Health Care Assistance Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations Team Lunches Paid Industry/Trade Training Travel may be required
