What You'll Do You will be the frontline support and internal glue that keeps everything moving: - Answer phones and emails - Process orders and handle data entry accurately - Troubleshoot customer issues - Reach out to potential new customers (we call them reach-outs — not cold calls) - Learn our products and guide customers to the right solutions - Jump in wherever needed — because small teams support each other Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts. No nights. No weekends.

What We're Looking For We will gladly train you on product knowledge. What we can't train is reliability, attitude, and follow-through. You'll be successful here if you: - Have customer service, sales, or office experience - Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented - Can juggle tasks and keep things moving - Communicate clearly and professionally - Enjoy helping people and solving problems - Want a stable, long-term role with growth potential Electrical, lighting, construction, or building industry experience is a plus — but not required.
