Job Title:   Inside Sales l Department: Sales Support Reports to: Inside Sales Supervisor Work Schedule: Minimum 40 Hours/Week. M – F (May vary depending upon schedule/workload) Salary rate: $25 - $30 per hour

What You’ll Do Engage with customers through outbound calls to uncover new business opportunities. Promote DACO’s products and services, sharing solutions that make a real impact. Support customers through every step of the sales process — from quote to order. Keep customer information up to date in our CRM system and follow up consistently. Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Field Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth and professional experience for every client. Stay current on promotions, product updates, and new launches to keep customers informed.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people. Organizational skills and attention to detail — you like keeping things on track. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical product details. Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated by results. Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role (2+ years preferred). Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
