Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in the US market.
Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.
Engage with CXOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Operations Heads in Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, and other verticals.
Understand customer needs and pain points to position Dynamics 365 offerings effectively.
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales and technical team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns.
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms).
Experience handling the US market and working across time zones.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of lead qualification frameworks like BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC .
Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for managing leads and activities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.
