Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager located in the Cleveland Area. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing the contact center operations, utilizing analytical skills for performance improvements, leading and developing the team, and maintaining effective communication strategies.
Qualifications
Lead Generation call center experience required 5+ years of experience in call center operations High Energy and Results Driven Customer Satisfaction and Contact Center Management skills Analytical Skills for performance improvements Team Management and Communication abilities Experience in a call center or customer service environment Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities Strong problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 100K - 150K
