We’ll hand you warm, qualified leads, give you world-class training, and back you with powerful tools and marketing—so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with homeowners who have already shown interest in selling
  • Build genuine connections, uncover needs, and guide them toward win-win solutions
  • Work exclusively with qualified leads—no cold calling, no endless prospecting
  • Leverage our robust follow-up systems and strong marketing to maximize results

Compensation:

  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$100,000+
  • Upside Commission: Your results drive your income

Responsibilities:
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads via phone, text, and CRM
  • Build rapport with sellers through consultative conversations
  • Uncover seller motivation and identify opportunities
  • Follow a proven sales process to close deals over the phone
  • Accurately manage leads, tasks, and communications using our CRM
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions and leadership team for optimal outcomes
  • Hit daily activity metrics and monthly revenue goals
Qualifications:

  • Reliable, local to Kennett Square, and ready to work in the office full-time
