Inside Sales Manager – Division 8

Position Overview
The Inside Sales & Account Manager will lead our inside sales team while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships. This role is not commission-based or focused on cold-calling; instead, it centers on supporting existing customers, managing orders, and mentoring the inside team. Strong Division 8 knowledge and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales operations and ensure accuracy of quotes and orders.

• Serve as the main contact for customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships.

• Mentor, train, and support the inside sales team to build product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and shop staff to ensure smooth project flow.

• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Division 8 (commercial doors, frames, and hardware).

• Leadership and mentoring experience.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Prior inside sales or account management experience preferred.
