Move Consultant (Inside Sales) Overview We’re looking for energetic and driven Move Consultants to join our Inside Sales team.

As a Move Consultant, you’ll connect with warm, inbound customers , build trust, and guide them through booking their services while delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, leasing, or retail sales who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to take their communication skills to the next level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Exceeding key performance metrics through both outbound and inbound call campaigns.

Building lasting relationships with customers by solving problems, ensuring retention, and maintaining satisfaction.

Using our CRM to manage leads, book services, and offer add-on solutions via phone, text, and email.

Collaborating with teammates to achieve individual and company goals.

Continuously developing your skills to stay sharp and confident in a fast-paced environment. (Bonus) Bilingual in English/Spanish is desirable but not required.
