Responsibilities
- Sell Farmers Personal Lines and Business Lines insurance policies.
- Maintain a full-time office schedule (MondayFriday, 9 AM6 PM).
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with bonus opportunities for high performance.
- Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Accurately document and track sales performance in agency systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented office environment.
