Join our Air & Water Solutions Pro team as an Inside Sales Professional and play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will manage inside (phone-based) sales and account management for the assigned territory. You’ll collaborate with field sales teams and distributors, build strong customer relationships, and leverage your sales expertise to achieve goals while supporting the growth of our Pro channel. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales and margin goals for your assigned territory. Drive sales of GE Appliances Air & Water products to new and existing Pro customers. Partner with Area Sales Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional customers, from initial call to close. Execute proactive call schedules to expand sales opportunities and increase productivity. Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with distributors to share leads and expand the Pro sales channel. Support customers with account setup, product training, and post-sales needs. Use digital tools to enhance sales effectiveness and customer support. Provide ongoing customer maintenance and support to ensure satisfaction. Perform other related responsibilities as needed. Limited travel required. What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of sales or closely related experience. Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving sales results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications Experience in appliance, air, or water sales. Background in creating and executing sales plans that support business objectives. Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen customer relationships. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Self-starter who can work independently and is driven to succeed. Comfortable collaborating with all levels of management and peers.
