Job Summary Professional Security Alliance, Inc. dba PSA, The PSA Network, and Edge located in Westminster, Colorado, is the world’s largest systems integrator consortium. We are currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the role of Inside Sales Quote Specialist. This position supports our customers and sales team by preparing quotes and pricing. The specialist works closely with sales representatives, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate pricing information. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales support and customer service, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is onsite full-time at our Westminster office.
We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive compensation package, including base plus commission, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with match and safe-harbor contribution, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and PTO to qualifying employees. For those working out of our corporate headquarters, we have a business casual working environment.
Base pay from $40-55K plus commission of up to $10K without caps. On target earnings (OTE) of $50-65K. Essential Functions Create and deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring all information is complete. Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and obtain all necessary information from customers. Collaborate with other sales reps to identify and communicate opportunities for upselling/cross-selling. Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all requested products and services. Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure quotes comply with company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns. Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting. Contribute to developing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Prioritize tasks and manage daily workload independently. Attend all department and sales meetings as requested. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience in sales support or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite CRM software is a plus. Personal Characteristics Honesty and integrity. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Superior customer/client focus. Professional communication skills with team members at all levels. Effective workload prioritization and organization. Travel Occasional travel to select events/meetings several times per year. Working Conditions This position primarily operates in an office environment. The specialist will work business hours of the assigned territory, Monday through Friday, but may be required to work additional hours during peak periods or to meet deadlines.
