Inside Sales Representative -- Flexible Scheduling

The Forehand Agency seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support account growth by assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and delivering high-quality service through outbound contact. This role operates within a collaborative team and emphasizes consultative selling, accurate account management, and timely follow-up to maintain strong client relationships. Key responsibilities : Handle inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outbound outreach to assigned accounts and prospects. Listen to customers, diagnose needs, and recommend tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Identify and pursue sales opportunities using consultative selling techniques to upgrade or expand accounts. Strive for first-call resolution by troubleshooting issues and coordinating necessary follow-up. Use contact center systems and CRM tools to document interactions, update account records, and maintain accurate workflows. Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity as defined by the agency. Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and process improvements.
Qualifications : Dependable, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement. Strong verbal communication and professional customer-service approach. Comfortable with basic PC tasks and able to learn contact center and CRM software quickly. Able to multi-task and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of interactions. High school diploma or equivalent; college students, interns, recent graduates, and career changers are encouraged to apply. Minimum age of 18. Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a state life and health insurance license.
