Shift and schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday Friday, after hours and weekends as needed (In-Office)

About the job: As an Inside Sales Representative at Nationwide Transport Services, you will be responsible for capturing new business by engaging clients via telephone, social media, and email (Warm and Cold Calling Contacts up to 100 contacts a day) to increase market share in each location.

What will you do: Develop new business accounts and increase volume with existing accounts Build meaningful relationships with each account Utilize our internal CRM to maintain account and pipeline information Communicate with sales and operations teams to ensure execution and performance Close new and existing clients
What you need: High energy, high engagement, high trust Strong relationship building and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with CRM, and MS Office applications After hours or weekends as required by client demands
Education / Experience Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Experience in logistics, transportation, and/or shipping industry Expertise in warm and cold calling clients (up to 100 contacts a day)
