About our Inside Sales Representative
Our ideal candidate has a passion for driving sales and building relationships. The person filling this role will learn about our products to support and grow established accounts, as well as pursue opportunities for new business, supporting all sales activities. If you're motivated by closing sales and connecting with people, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
Generate quotations as inquiries are received from customers and/or outside sales team
Return and/or make sales calls to follow-up with quotations
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Generate leads using Zoom; capture customer information, including addresses, phone numbers and emails for follow-up
Act as a liaison between customers, representatives, production, and engineering as needed
These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Communication: You will interact with customers and peers in a clear and consistent manner that promotes rapport and trust; excellent written and verbal (both in person and over the phone) communication skills are critical
Adaptability: You adjust well to changing circumstances and think well on your feet. You have excellent organizational and follow-through skills to handle multiple complex tasks within tight deadline parameters

Qualifications
Ability to type 40WPM
1-3 years of technical Inside Sales experience
Proficient with Microsoft Applications and Quickbooks; skilled with creating excel spreadsheets and pivot tables

GDS Corp is a subsidiary of Welker, Inc. This is an in-office, full time position working Monday Friday. The candidate will be working at the GDS Corp office in League City, TX.
