THE JOB: As an experienced Inside Sales Representative, youll be the frontline liaison for U.S.-based distributors and select direct accounts.
Your core focus will be coordinating orders, managing customer communication, and ensuring timely delivery of critical parts used in high-tech manufacturing. This is not an outbound sales roleits all about precision, responsiveness, and client support. SAP Hana will be used to generate reports, track shipments, and provide internal stakeholders with clear visibility into customer activity. Day-to-day you'd work closely with colleagues in Germany, Sweden, and Thailand to align timelines and expectations.

THE QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of inside sales, customer support, or logistics support experience (preferably B2B or industrial sectors) Familiarity with ERP systems Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment Experience working with distributors or in an international business setting is preferred Live in Oregon, able to work in office
