Our client is a plastics manufacturer serving the biotech and life sciences industry. The team is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (internally titled Technical Sales Representative) to add to the team.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for coordinating and planning sales efforts for the lab equipment product segment. This will be an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Expand current market segment for the lab equipment division
Manage current customer base
Use of technical selling to achieve divisional metrics
Provide recommendations for new product development based on customers
Deliver sales quotes to customers and prospects
Provide training and demo's to end users as needed
Act as main point of contact for client questions & concerns
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Business or Marketing
10+ years in technical sales role in the life sciences industry
Background in selling lab equipment is a plus
Familiarity with technical sales process and cycle from start to end
Background in customizable selling
Experience using CRM system
Ability to travel to HQ, in United Kingdom, as needed
Compensation:
Our client is offering a base salary up to 85k/year plus gain share bonus up to 15%. The team also offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with employer match.
