The Inside Sales Representative - Netforks is responsible for increasing revenue with both existing customers and identifying/developing new prospects. This is a highly technical position and the successful candidate will deliver superior quality and value to our customers. Must be comfortable with technology, eager to learn and willing to adapt in a changing environment.

Interprets customer needs and proposes product solutions for standard and custom fabricated applications Develops an understanding of basic company products and systems to be able to support customer requests and requirements. Follows-up on new inquiries and builds long-term relationships with key accounts Capable of assisting e-commerce customer support requirements, including customer “chat” email leads and order entry. Follows-up on order execution ensuring all organization commitments are met Performs all other duties as assigned. Complies with the requirements of the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System (when required).
Physical Requirements Ability to stand, climb, bend and kneel on an occasional basis. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular manual dexterity/coordination: hand/eye movements, motor control. Regular visual effort: concentrated reading of documentation or close viewing of computer displays Able to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs. on an occasional basis.
Competencies necessary to perform this job Time Management - Effective time management skills to independently complete tasks with minimal disruption to company users. Organization – Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain a smooth work flow. Teamwork – Ability to work closely with a variety of employees while maintaining a positive attitude. Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Communication – Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Ability to ask detailed questions to comprehend requests. Safety and Security – Follow safety policies/plans created by the company; utilize tools and equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Required Education/Experience/Skills B.S./B.A. and/or experience with construction/material handling equipment or relevant work experience. 1 - 3 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience. Understanding of or comfort level with technical, industrial and/or construction products. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, shipping, quoting order entry and CRM software. Type minimum of 50 WPM. Preferred Education/Experience/Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and on a team. Appropriate market knowledge. Bi-lingual (Spanish).
