About the Role At Brite Nites , we create magical Christmas and holiday lighting experiences for homes, businesses, and communities. With the holiday season ramping up, our lead volume is through the roof — and we're looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals to help us bring the magic of Christmas to life. We're building our Inside Sales Team and looking for motivated, detail-oriented, excited sales professionals to join us at our headquarters. What You'll Do Handle warm, inbound leads — customers are already reaching out to us (no cold calling!). Prepare and send sales quotes using our custom software tools. Use platforms like HubSpot, AI tools, and other custom software to manage leads, track activity, and streamline quoting. Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and help close sales. Work in a fun, positive environment where collaboration and good energy are part of every day. Who You Are Tech-savvy — comfortable using software, CRM systems, or learning new tools quickly. Minimal sales experience? No problem! If you're good with people and eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need. Positive, outgoing, and ready to bring holiday cheer into your work. Organized and detail-oriented so quotes and follow-ups are accurate. Ready to work in-office at HQ and start ASAP. What We Offer $18/hr base + commission on sales.
