What You'll Do Make outbound calls to customers with existing estimates and encourage them to move forward
Conduct prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities
Respond quickly to digital leads and convert them into appointments or sales
Build strong customer relationships through a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Use ServiceTitan software to manage leads, track interactions, and achieve performance goals
What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles
High school diploma (Associate degree preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office
Driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
