Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with healthcare providers and industry vendors to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote the company’s products and services. This role combines sales expertise, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to deliver innovative solutions that address the needs of healthcare providers, payers, and vendors.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers and industry partners.
Establish mutually beneficial partnerships to expand the company’s market reach.
Achieve or exceeds targets through effective partner engagement
Research and monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Leverage insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to deliver a seamless partner experience.
Use CRM tools to maintain up-to-date records of partner interactions and pipeline activities.
Participates in obtaining prescribing provider orders/signatures for appropriate documentation and original prescriptions when the Intake team is unable to do so.
Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
Maintains compliant with The Companies Compliance Program.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Must be comfortable following up with physician referrals and professional cold calling
2+ years of work-related experience or similar is preferred.
