About the Role: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support, contributing to the organization's mission of serving Veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. This hybrid position offers both in-office and remote work flexibility while supporting the sales and distribution of OEM medical equipment and generic pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate assistance. Process orders for best-in-class medical equipment and pharmaceutical products with precision and timeliness. Maintain strong communication and collaboration between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Build and strengthen client relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up. Support sales goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any challenges effectively.
Qualifications: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field. Knowledge of medical or pharmaceutical products (preferred, but not required). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with office tools, sales software, and order tracking systems.
