Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Lead is responsible for generating new and cultivating existing business with our 500+ transactional accounts. This position will be tasked with cold calling, following up on leads, handling incoming inquiries, providing estimates, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Lead is a member of the Growth team, and reports to the Sr. Director of Growth Services. The ideal candidate must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. This position will be based out of Spencer Technologies’ Global Headquarters in Medway, MA.
Core Duties:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails.• Research accounts to identify key players and generate interest.• Perform effective presentations to prospects.• Achieve quotas.• Route complex and strategic opportunities to the appropriate business development manager for further development and closure.• Contact regular and prospective clients to check in on their needs.• Understand the needs and expectations of the clients and provide relevant solutions/services.• Recommend services to clients, based on clients' needs and interests.• Answer clients' questions about services and pricing model.• Provide estimates, quotes and bids that meet specific client needs while maintaining a healthy margin.• Responsible for closing sales deals and achieve client satisfaction.• Establish and maintain friendly ongoing professional relationships with clients.• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales forecasts and reports.• Build steady pipeline and client rapport.• Maintain records of client contacts.• Provide on-going updates regarding sales opportunities, client concerns and other relevant information, to facilitate/track business.• Keep updated records of win-loss sales activities.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings.
