Description Monday-Friday (8a-5p) We are seeking an Inside Sales Rep (ISR) to join our team. The ISR will play a key supporting role in the sales process, working closely with Sales Reps (SRs) and customers to ensure a smooth experience from order entry through delivery. The ISR will contribute to the growth of assigned accounts by providing exceptional service throughout the sales cycle and assisting with upsell opportunities.
Essential Functions: Assist with processing quotes and orders. Provide customers with order status and support throughout the order and production process. Proactively resolve any issues fro the order entry through delivery. Contribute to the growth of assigned accounts through the duties above and by supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities as engagement with customer present the opportunities. Contribute to the growth of the company. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills Exellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent sales ability and presentation skills Proven time and priority management skills
Requirements Qualifications: A college degree or equivalent relevant sales experience. A thorough knowledge of our industry including competitive practices A minimum of three years inside sales experience selling in the pressure sensitive or shrink sleeve market. Proficiency in SaleForce.com, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
