And you’ll do it all while staying organized, on-task, and relentlessly committed to follow-up.

In this role, you’ll work exclusively with warm, inbound leads—helping homeowners understand critical issues in their homes and offering real solutions that protect their property and peace of mind. If you’re confident on the phone, quick-thinking, metrics driven and passionate about sales, there’s nothing stopping you from earning six figures. You'll receive hourly pay, uncapped commission, and bonuses for exceeding targets.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with warm inbound leads—no cold calling—via phone, text, and email to move unsold quotes forward.
- Educate homeowners on urgent water and structural issues, helping them understand the risks of delay and the value of our solutions.
- Navigate multiple systems at once (CRM, dialer, calendar, email, texting tools), logging all activity in real time while on calls.
- Overcome objections with empathy, logic, and urgency—guiding hesitant customers toward confident decisions.
- Prioritize your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and treat every lead like it could close today.
- Hit performance goals around revenue, conversion rates, follow-up consistency, and CRM usage.
- Embrace ongoing coaching, apply feedback quickly, and contribute to a high-performance team culture
Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)
- Tech-savvy and fast—able to type 40+ WPM and multitask efficiently across platforms - Clear, confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone presence
- Persuasive and empathetic—skilled at simplifying complex topics and building trust quickly
- Naturally organized, self-driven, and relentless about follow-up and follow-through - Growth-oriented and coachable—you take feedback seriously and apply it consistently
- Calm under pressure, professional in all interactions, and committed to integrity and follow-through
- Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a strong plus +
