Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Sports Industry Location: Irvine, CA (100% Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: A growing organization in the sports industry is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join its team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up. This role is well-suited for candidates with a passion for sales, experience in or knowledge of youth sports, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities to generate leads and close new business Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers Attend industry events and trade shows as required Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (inside sales, business development, or account management) Working knowledge of youth sports organizations or participation in youth sports preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with CRM systems is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate: Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset High level of organization and attention to detail Creative problem-solving abilities Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, plus commission Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave Additional Details: This is a 100% onsite role located in Irvine, CA.
