Location: FULLY ONSITE - Broken Arrow, OK
Compensation: $55,000-60,000 per year

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by building strong customer relationships, prospecting new business, and cross-selling and up-selling products. This role requires solid product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Prospect new customers and manage assigned sales leads Achieve sales targets by expanding product sales with existing accounts Support Outside Sales to grow business within designated territories Build relationships with key contacts and resolve customer issues effectively Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings Participate in sales calls, meetings, and training as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred) 1–3 years of sales experience
