``Duties``` - Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team - Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and secure appointments - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointment information - Continuously develop and improve strategies for generating high-quality appointments - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects
```Requirements``` - Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal - Ability to confidently engage with potential customers over the phone and build rapport - Excellent negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet or exceed targets - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
