We are a well-established machining and fabrication company seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and has hands-on experience in machining, fabrication, or related manufacturing industries. You will report to the office daily, working closely with our production and engineering teams to deliver outstanding customer service and drive new business.

Job Details
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely responses and accurate pricing.
Leverage your machining and fabrication knowledge to advise customers on capabilities, materials, and lead times.
Work with production staff to align customer requirements with shop capacity.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow repeat and new business.
Track and manage sales activities through CRM and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in machining, fabrication, or related manufacturing processes (required).
Previous inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and understand blueprints and job specifications.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
