Overview:
PK Industrial Solution is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in the valve, pipe, and fittings industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building customer relationships while ensuring accuracy in quotes and orders. Youll play a key role in supporting our customers and the outside sales team with technical and commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the internal point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to valves, pipe, fittings, and other industrial products Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and technical submittals Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring proper pricing, availability, terms, and lead times Work closely with vendors to source materials, confirm delivery timelines, and negotiate terms when needed Support outside sales representatives by generating quotes, tracking leads, and providing background research Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and service Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain accurate CRM records, order status updates, and communication logs Assist in resolving order discrepancies, returns, or quality concerns professionally and promptly Participate in product and sales training to improve technical knowledge
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in an industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environment Strong communication and customer service skills Proven experience managing quotes, purchase orders, and customer interactions
