Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Entry Level Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving business growth. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales representatives, and other departments. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.
Act as a point of contact between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments.
Assist with the creation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Monitor sales inquiries, follow up with potential leads, and help manage the customer database (CRM).
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Process orders, manage invoices, and coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Support the organization of sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Contribute to process improvements to increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a B2B sales environment.
Knowledge of order management and logistics processes.
Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
A proactive, customer-first attitude.
