Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by supporting marketing initiatives, generating new leads, scheduling appointments for our outside sales representatives, tracking bidding opportunities, and performing other tasks to fuel our sales pipeline. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the commercial services industry. The role is remote-friendly with opportunities for collaboration across our national operations. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including email outreach, social media promotions, webinars, and targeted advertising to promote our commercial cleaning services. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online databases, industry directories, networking events, and market analysis to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for commercial cleaning contracts. Appointment Setting: Qualify leads via phone, email, or virtual meetings, and schedule appointments or demos for outside sales representatives to close deals efficiently. Bidding Opportunity Tracking: Monitor and maintain a database of upcoming bidding opportunities, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and tenders in the commercial cleaning sector, ensuring timely follow-ups and preparation of bid materials. Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads, update CRM systems with accurate data, and provide insights on market trends to help outside reps secure more business. Customer Relationship Building: Conduct initial outreach to prospects, handle inbound inquiries, and provide information on our services to foster long-term relationships. Reporting and Analysis: Track key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and opportunity pipelines; generate reports to inform sales strategies. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales growth, such as market research, competitor analysis, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
