What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Accurately entering and confirming customer orders
✅ Managing pricing, quotes, and lead times with clarity and urgency
✅ Working closely with operations, engineering, and sales to solve problems fast
✅ Handling customer inquiries like a pro—clear, kind, and confident
✅ Keeping a close eye on the details (because they matter)

* High school diploma or GED
* Strong computer skills (Excel, Word; M2M is a plus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong organizational skills and a get-it-done attitude
* Experience in sales, customer service, or a manufacturing environment is a plus
