We’re searching for one Inside Sales Representative who was born to sell and ready to join me for the opportunity of a lifetime.
You are someone who thrives on the phone. All day. Every day. You’re energized by talking to people, building rapport, and moving conversations forward. You’re driven to convert, to help, to close. You have no problem asking tough questions or overcoming objections.
Working in a CRM all day every day excites you, and you understand the value of staying organized and following a process.
You’ve been called intense, competitive, maybe even relentless. The truth is, you just refuse to settle. You don’t chase easy wins. You chase real results. You don’t blend in. You lead. You think fast, speak with purpose, and act with confidence.
You get excited by movement, by growth, by opportunity. You know how to educate a customer, make them feel heard, and guide them to a decision. You can take an inbound lead and turn it into a client. And if you miss them the first time, you’re not afraid to call them back until you connect.
You do not need real estate experience for this role, but you must have sales experience.
