In this role, you will be responsible for guiding individuals through our debt relief programs and providing them with the tools they need to regain control of their financial future.

Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and goals. Recommend appropriate debt relief solutions tailored to individual client needs.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they navigate their debt relief journey.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in financial services or related industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to listen actively and empathize with clients. Confidence in presenting and explaining complex financial concepts. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. High degree of professionalism and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of debt relief programs is a plus but not required. NO SALES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
