Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you’ll own the full sales cycle for our Small to Medium Business (SMB) customers - fueling company growth by generating new leads and converting prospects into loyal customers. With 2+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales success, you bring the drive to consistently exceed quotas, the curiosity to uncover customer pain points, and the communication skills to deliver compelling presentations. You’re fluent in Salesforce (or similar CRMs), skilled at building a healthy pipeline, and energized by the fast pace of transactional sales. If you thrive on both collaboration and independence to close deals, let’s talk! 

Spend your days: 

  • Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiations, and closing deals 
  • Driving transactional sales within the SMB sector to consistently fuel revenue growth 
  • Partnering with the Business Development team to advance qualified leads and sourcing opportunities 
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and BDR collaboration 
  • Exceeding quarterly sales quotas and directly contributing to overall company growth 
  • Uncovering business pain points, value drivers, and stakeholder influence through strong discovery methods 
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date opportunity data in Salesforce and related tools to track and report progress 
  • Staying current on The Receptionist’s products, services, policies, and processes to position solutions effectively 
Qualifications

Show us your: 

  • 2+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, closing or sales development - previous ISR or AE experience is a plus 
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales engagement tools 
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated to learn and improve 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations 
  • A verifiable track record of success, with consistent quota attainment 
  • Skilled in prospecting, developing proposals, and delivering persuasive presentations 
  • Available to collaborate in ​the ​Denver metro office – hybrid model

Additional Information

Our team enjoys: 

  • Base salary $57,000 - $62,500 plus uncapped commissions
