We have a current opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative .
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inside sales accounts, following up on inbound leads, and executing the customer success program to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role bridges sales, marketing, and customer support to streamline the customer journey and drive revenue. This individual should have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide the best possible solution to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow assigned identified inside sales accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Follow up on inbound leads.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging.
Execute and manage the customer success program, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Implement and support growth campaigns.
Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and feedback.
Support the development of sales tools, training materials, and enablement resources.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track performance and share insights with leadership.
Support quote follow-up and promotions.
Support sales team.
Other tasks as defined.

College degree preferred
3-5 years of Inside Sales Experience, in customer service, with an understanding of the Value-Added Selling Process
Microsoft Office: Word /Excel/PowerPoint
CRM/ERP knowledge a plus
Industrial and/or Mechanical aptitude and knowledge
A basic knowledge of welding/welding distribution, wear mechanisms, and maintenance & repair welding.
Ability to travel 10%
