Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 Responsibilities: Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Provide training and development of our Life Insurance portfolio Qualifications: Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal Two years of previous sales experience High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Life Insurance license and at least 2 years' experience offering insurance products About Company Our mission is clear: To Do Good in our communities and for the families we serve.
