Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative / Lighting Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on qualifying prospects, managing assigned client accounts, and closing sales deals over the phone. If you are a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up on leads
Manage and develop relationships with assigned clients in designated states
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Use our proprietary CRM system to manage opportunities, track account activities, and update client information
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Engage in telemarketing campaigns to drive sales revenue
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
Provide timely responses for orders, quotes, and inquiries
Monitor and update the status of open orders in our system
Handle returns efficiently

Requirements:
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
Experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Strong account management and communication skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
Goal-oriented with a drive to surpass targets
Knowledge of the lighting industry is beneficial but not required

Shift:
Monday - Friday
8-hour shift
Open: 7am to 5:30pm

Supplemental Pay:
Commission (based on growth first 90 days)
Performance-based raises
Bonus opportunities

Experience:
B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Phone sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
Driver’s License (Required)
Ability to Commute
