Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Inside Sales Representative with practical or educational experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or medical aesthetics industries. This position will be key to driving revenue growth while enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales and demonstrate exceptional collaboration skills. We have a steady stream of new leads coming in. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound calling and fostering relationships with clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales process, and doing your part to ensure that our team meets its targets while providing outstanding customer service.

This position will be full-time, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to identify their needs and align them with product offerings.
Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to generate new leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and upselling to existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Regularly update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales.
Education or practical experience in the beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or medical aesthetics industries.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Proficiency in outbound calling techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with NetSuite is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. xsgimln
