Job Description
We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next Inside Sales Representative position who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads.
We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. Compensation:$85,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Strategize how to use social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets
- Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience is highly desired
- You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals
- Hunger to succeed and willingness to learn
- Laptop, phone, and reliable transportation
