Atlas Staffing is partnering with a rapidly expanding manufacturing company in Spokane Valley to hire an Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about connecting with customers and driving results. If you’re a motivated, goal-oriented professional with phone-based sales experience, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and take inbound calls to connect with both prospective and existing customers

Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services

Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in company systems

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Promptly follow up on sales leads and inquiries

Deliver professional, friendly service while building strong customer relationships over the phone

Efficiently navigate multiple software platforms, including email and call systems

Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company updates

Collaborate with team members to refine and improve sales strategies What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of phone-based sales or call center experience required

Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across systems

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using sales software and CRM tools

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus
