Office Perks: Game Room (Ping Pong, Bags, Xbox, PS5) Free 24/7 Access to Onsite Gym Starbucks & Full Café Nearby Local Restaurants Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + commission Responsibilities: Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness) Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary About Company We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
