This role is all about turning open quotes into winsengaging with customers, upselling where possible, and keeping pipelines moving in Salesforce. Youll partner closely with Customer Care and Technical Application Specialists, ensuring customers feel supported and opportunities never slip through the cracks.This is a high-energy, performance-driven roleperfect for someone who thrives on achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.________________________________________What Youll DoProactively follow up on open quotes to close sales.Engage with customers via phone and email to build relationships, nurture leads, and upsell products.Partner with Customer Care, Technical Application, and Field Sales teams to maximize opportunities.Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.Track and report on KPIs including bookings, contacts, and conversion rates.Deliver excellent customer service and timely information.Ensure organized records of all open and closed quotes.________________________________________What Were Looking For2+ years of inside sales experience (manufacturing or elevator industry experience a plus).Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple quotes at once.High school diploma or equivalent required.________________________________________Why Hyperion?At Hyperion Solutions, our people are our most valuable asset.
