Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong client relationships. Make outbound calls to Agency provided leads. Hit goals and metrics set. Offer personalized advice and support. Customize coverage to meet individual needs. Clarify complex insurance concepts for clients. Actively pursue new client opportunities. Effectively evaluate potential clients' needs. Conduct thorough policy reviews. Recommend tailored insurance solutions. Share insights and strategies with colleagues. Enhance skills through continuous training. Stay informed about industry trends. Quickly adapt to changes in the market.
Requirement High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in the insurance industry is welcomed but not required. Strong understanding or willingness to gain insight into insurance products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Must obtain the necessary insurance license within a specified timeframe.
