Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative drives client acquisition for the tax resolution team by providing consultative solutions to resolve tax challenges. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment. Focuses on building relationships and offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while making a meaningful impact for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with prospective clients about their tax problems through inbound and outbound calls Identify prospects tax problems by asking layered discovery questions Qualify prospective clients for services Effectively manage the CRM to drive performance and ensure sales targets are consistently exceeded Support new clients through the onboarding process, setting clear expectations and providing initial guidance Other duties as assigned Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent education required 2 years of relevant experience
