Industrial Manufacturing Internal Sales Representative Mission: Increase sales for customers, manage the sales process internally to ensure proper delivery of sales orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders’ customer´s claims and requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: The jobholder will be responsible for: Execute outbound campaigns to promote sales. Provide information about products’ features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Record the customer’s personal information accurately into CRM system (Sales Force) Receive and input orders into the ERP system (SAP) Manage shipment for sales orders to customers with freight company. Manage customer claims. Studies: Vocational training or intermediate level studies Experience: Experience handling marketing campaigns, telemarketing, sales. Experience gained within bus manufacturers, OEM organizations or suppliers in the automotive industry would be desirable. Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Skills: Interpersonal skills Product knowledge Problem solving and solution providing skills Good Rapport Assertiveness Time Management Microsoft Office Other Considerations: current employees in this position can meet the necessary requirements with 2 years of experience The position requires compliance with ISO 14.001 and 9.001 rules This position is on-site
