We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly Responsibilities: Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
