About the role:
Inside sales representatives are responsible for engaging with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and web conferencing. They conduct product or service demonstrations, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans. Their role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations and contributing to the company's sales targets and overall goals.
As an ISR, you will be a key player in the sales process, responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers. You'll be the first point of contact, building relationships with high connectivity and selling SaaS as you progress.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor degree required;
1-2 years of experience exceeding quota in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales at a SaaS or Cloud company;
Passion for learning and working with the latest technologies and industry trends;
Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills;
Proficient in using LinkedIn and experience with leading CRM systems (Nice to have);
