What You’ll Do: Manage Inbound & Outbound Sales: Engage customers through calls, emails, and digital channels to win new business. Create Winning Proposals: Develop competitive quotes and close deals with confidence. Support the Field Team: Collaborate with outside reps and operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Build Relationships: Become the trusted advisor for your accounts, turning one-time jobs into loyal customers. Track Activity: Keep CRM and sales records accurate and up-to-date.

Experience/Requirements: 1+ years of inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B customer service (Waste, Construction, Logistics, or Industrial sales preferred) Goal-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding quotas Excellent communicator — persuasive, energetic, and confident on the phone Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and CRMs High school diploma or GED (college a plus) You want more than a paycheck — you're looking for a career
